噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

5、該機應用雙極布袋吸塵，一是級應用漩風隔離器，最后級用空氣濾芯式布袋吸塵裝置，其總布袋吸塵能力達到99.99%以上內容；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各體統電氣掌控用互鎖掌控，當其中的一體統經常出現機械故障時，各種相關體統均關閉程序任務，噴槍關閉程序噴射；

8、房體進行建筑結構裝潢開發，金屬機身簡約、牢固、正確，隔音降噪效果更好好，且裝簡單。
